We have been loyal customers of M&R Plumbing since 2008 for a good reason. We can always rely on M&R to remedy any of our plumbing needs. We have built a good relationship with M&R and Mark always remembers us and can quickly access historical information regarding our plumbing fixtures. Yesterday our toilet float broke. Mark quickly diagnosed the issue over the phone, identified the parts needed and quickly sent out capable plumbers Joel and apprentice Cash, equipped with the specific needed parts. They were extremely respectful of our home, professional and knowledgeable. In a short time we were back in business, better than before! Thank you Mark for taking good care of us again. I had water coming into my family room. My neighbor referred me to Mr Plumbing. I called and spoke to Mark. Extremely nice and had his guys at my home within an hour. Chris and Mark were truly amazing. They crawled through water in the crawl space, got the water drained and had a new sump pump in within an hour and a half. I can’t Mr Plumbing enough!!!
